Jim Roche partners with forward-thinking independent, international, and charter schools to transform "AI chaos" into sustainable academic mastery. 

With over 20 years of classroom experience (including nearly a decade teaching Chemistry and Environmental Science at Manhattan’s prestigious Trevor Day School) Jim understands the delicate balance between rapid technological innovation and rigorous pedagogical standards. As a hands-on educator who has navigated modern classroom challenges first-hand, his consulting is practical, empathetic, and tailored to each school's unique culture. 

The Generative Thinking Model™ (GTM)

Jim is the pioneer of GTM, a groundbreaking framework designed to integrate AI into school curricula.
